If you are using Internet Explorer and your security settings are set to "High", Active X controls will not be allowed to run. To change this setting in Internet Explorer, select "Tools" from the top toolbar. From the drop down menu, select "Internet Options”. Select the "Security" tab. Change the security slider bar in this window to "Medium". Then choose "OK". You may need to close Internet Explorer and reopen it for this change to work properly.
